Welcome to the Empower Her Leadership Cohort

The Empower Her Leadership Cohort is a dynamic year-long program under Project Empower Her, designed to uplift and empower Black transgender women and girls. This initiative fosters leadership, personal growth, and community connections, creating a network of empowered individuals ready to make a difference.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Identify as a Black transgender woman or girl
  • Have reliable access to the internet
  • Be willing to fully engage with the cohort until the end

What to Expect

Participants in the cohort will engage in quarterly in-person meetings, virtual workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Each member will receive a Stipend for participation upon completing the program, recognizing their commitment and growth throughout the year.
